EGHA has a new and exciting fundraiser for the upcoming season called TRIP OF THE MONTH.

There will be 36 draws throughout the season.

Starting December 19, 2017, EGHA will have 2 draws per month until May 15, 2018.

There are a total of 12 draws of $100; 12 draws of $200 and 12 grand prize draws of trips ranging from golfing and skiing in Banff, Las Vegas, New York, Disneyland and Maui. For a grand total of $29,600 in prizes!

Your ticket will be eligible for all 36 draws.

All teams will benefit from this fundraiser. Each player in categories novice through to midget will be encouraged to sell 4 tickets at $50 each with 1999 tickets printed. In turn, all teams novice through to midget will receive $1000 to use towards tournaments, exhibition games, ref fees or extra ice. That's $1000 less your team needs to find in bottle drives or other fundraising!

After prizes, administrative fees and team shares have been distributed, the remaining funds will be used to continue to elevate EGHA players with new equipment, ice rentals and player and coach development.

Ticket deadline is November 30.

RULES:

1- Cost will be $50 per ticket, payable by cash

2- Only 1999 tickets printed

3- Name listed on ticket must be 18 years of age or older

4- In the event a winning ticket stub has more than one name on it, the prize will only be awarded to one of the individuals identified on the ticket. EGHA and AGLC are not responsible for any disputes, which may arise between the individuals whose names appear on the ticket stub.

5- Each draw will include:
?1st Ticket Drawn--Specified Trip, Travel voucher
?2nd Ticket Drawn--$200 Cheque
?3rd Ticket Drawn--$100 Cheque

6- There will be 2 sets of draws per date as listed on ticket. For example all 3 draws for Grand prize 1 will be completed before moving onto Grand prize 2 draws. For a total of 6 draws.

7- Each ticket will be eligible for all 36 draws

8- EGHA Executive, Raffle Chairperson, immediate family, or persons involved in conduct and management of the raffle will be allowed to purchase tickets.

9- Draws will take place at Edmonton Minor Hockey Association office, 10618 124 Street NW, Edmonton, AB, T5N 1S3

10- Prize winners will be notified by phone and names published on EGHA website and Facebook page

11- 1st place prize winner may take trip specified in the form of a travel voucher, or apply full value of trip to destination of choice. Winner opting to redeem their trip for cash shall be paid 80% of trip value. The decision to take the trip or cash value must be made within 30 days of draw date, and the trip booked within one year of the draw date. The Licensee shall hold prizes that are unclaimed in a secure location for a period of one year from the draw date. If at that time the prizes are still unclaimed, the cash equivalent shall be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by AGLC. Any other unclaimed prizes process, including those used in a Basic Ticket Raffle, shall be approved in advance by AGLC and shall be outlined in the Rules of Play.

12- All Trips are based on rates in effect as of March 2017. Trips are not to exceed trip value. All additional costs for out of season or for upgrades in travel arrangements or for price increases must be borne by the prizewinner. Black out dates may apply. Airport taxes and departure taxes are included.

13- All trips are based on two people with the exception of trip #12. Trip 12 is based on 2 adults & 1 child

14- Transportation to Edmonton or Calgary is at the prizewinner's expense.

15- Travel insurance and processing fee not included.

16- All trips are subject to availability and subject to terms and conditions of the tour operator

17- Trips must be taken within one year of draw date.

18- All prizewinners opting for the trip must make travel arrangement through Uniglobe One Travel and all details for the trips listed can be obtained by contacting Uniglobe One Travel, 10237 109 street, Edmonton, AB, T5J 1N2. 780-424-8310.

19- If less than 650 tickets are sold prior to the first draw, funds will be returned to the individuals listed on the ticket and draw cancelled.

20- There is no refund or exchange on ticket
